When will my order arrive?

If you live in the contiguous United States, most home décor items will arrive within 7-10 business after leaving our warehouse. Framed items can take up to 10-14 days to fulfill as we make each frame to order. 

If you live in the non-contiguous United States, please allow your package 7-14 business days to arrive after leaving our warehouse.

For all international orders, please allow your package 9-17 business days to arrive after leaving our warehouse.

What's the return policy at Latter-Day Home?

Home décor items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit or refund.

We cannot accept returns on custom framed art orders unless they are received damaged or there is an issue due to a manufacturing error.

If you have received your custom artwork damaged and are interested in returning the item, please submit photos to marketing@latterdayhome.com and Latter-Day Home will review your request. Any refund or return will be determined at the sole discretion of Latter-Day Home.

Please note that returned items must be in original condition, and complete with all packaging, tags, and instructions intact. 

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. As soon as the return is received and inspected you will be issued a gift card for store credit equal to the amount of your original order or a full refund back on your credit or debit card, whichever you prefer.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We package all orders carefully by hand to ensure your items arrive in tip-top shape. Should your order arrive damaged, please email us at marketing@latterdayhome.com with “Damaged Item” as your subject title. When possible, please also attach images of the damaged item and condition of packaging. 

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us your intent and reason to return with "Return Request" in the subject. We will reply with return address and instructions.  

I'm creative! How do I sell my product on latterdayhome.com?

We are always looking for fresh, inspired, design and would love to see your creative work. Please fill out the Latter-Day Home Art Submissions form to have your work considered. If we feel it’s a good fit, we’ll contact you.
