LATTER-DAY HOME RETURN POLICY
Home décor items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit or refund.
We cannot accept returns on custom framed art orders unless they are received damaged or there is an issue due to a manufacturing error.
If you have received your custom artwork damaged and are interested in returning the item, please submit photos to email@example.com and Latter-Day Home will review your request. Any refund or return will be determined at the sole discretion of Latter-Day Home.
Returns are accepted within 30 days* of purchase on most items. Items need to be new, unused, and in resalable condition unless the return is for damaged or defective merchandise.*
When returning items to our Customer Service Center, please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip and include the packing slip in the carton. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via UPS, FEDEX Ground or insured parcel post. Retain your receipt and tracking number should you need to follow up with the company that handled your return.

Latter-Day Home cannot credit for shipping and handling or pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error.
Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit to your statement.
